As of October 11, 2024, Richview Capital Corp. is a reporting entity under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) as a mortgage administrator and lender. We are required by law to collect, verify, and retain identity information from borrowers and investors, and to report certain transactions and suspicious activities to FINTRAC. These obligations override consent requirements under PIPEDA and are non-negotiable conditions of using our services.
