Richview Capital Corp. is a licensed Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) registered in Ontario, holding Mortgage Administrator Licence #13171 under the supervision of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). We provide private mortgage lending, construction financing, and MIC investment opportunities to borrowers, brokers, and investors across Ontario.

Richview Capital Corp. operates as a licensed Mortgage Investment Corporation and Mortgage Administrator in Ontario under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006 (MBLAA), subject to oversight by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) (Licence #13171).
As of October 11, 2024, Richview Capital is also a reporting entity under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), administered by FINTRAC. All borrowers and investors are subject to identity verification, know-your-client (KYC), and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements as a mandatory condition of using our services. We reserve the right to decline any application or transaction that does not satisfy our compliance obligations.
We are a member of the Ontario Mortgage Investment Companies Association (ONMICA).
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
